Parsons expects to raise more than $15,000 for the Institute of Veterans Education and Training organization in a golf tournament set to take place on June 17.

The company said Thursday it would host the eighth annual Golf Classic tournament at the Augustine Golf Club in Stafford, Virginia.

“We are glad to help support IVET’s many programs that provide educational and business opportunities for our service members and their families,” said Mary Ann Hopkins, Parsons group president.

IVET aims to provide educational and job opportunities to veterans, reservists, National Guardsmen and their families.
