Neel Mehta
Matt Truong serves as director of business development at NCR‘s government systems business unit and is in charge of BD operations throughout the public sector.
He joined NCR in May 2014 after two years of work in a similar role within the national defense group of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions.
Prior to Kratos, he was a principal marketing manager at Rockwell Collins and oversaw the company’s satellite communications and radio systems portfolio for federal civilian and intelligence agencies.
Truong also managed TeleCommunication Systems‘ business development organization, where he helped the company form strategic SATCOM partnerships with defense companies.
He also spent five years at Intelligentz as senior vice president of its government division with responsibility for the delivery of RFID asset tracking products.
He holds master’s degrees in science and electrical engineering from Pennsylvania State University and in business administration from the University of Maryland in College Park.
