Chuck Prow serves as general manager of the global government business at IBMÂ and is in charge of growth strategies, technology and service delivery to the government market, business partnerships, human capital and acquisition functions.
He has nearly 30 years of experience in performance, innovation and transformation projects for both government and commercial clients.
Prow previously led the North America consulting services and public sector practices of IBM’s global business services organization, where he worked with government defense and civilian agencies and private-sector companies in the fields of consumer goods, finance and healthcare.
Prow published a book in 2012 titled “Governing to Win: Enhancing National Competitiveness Through New Policy and Operating Approaches.”
He is a recipient of the 2008 Fed 100 leadership award and was included in Government Executive’s Top 100 Executives in government for 2014.
Prow currently serves on the executive steering committee of the Corporate Responsibility Officers Association and on the board of the Professional Services Council.
