Shirl Jenkins serves as executive vice president and chief human resources officer at IntelliDyne and oversees strategic development and senior management functions for the HR organization.
Jenkins has led IntelliDyne’s human resource recruitment, retention and corporate culture expansion efforts since she joined the firm in 2009.
IntelliDyne credits its industry awards such as the Helios Apollo HR Award for Innovative Employee Development & Engagement Practices, Alliance for Workplace Excellence and AWE Health & Wellness Award to programs Jenkins helped to establish.
She served as compensation administrator at SRA International for 18 years and as VP of HR during her last seven years at the company before she joined IntelliDyne.
