Robert L. Billeaud Jr. serves as vice president for intelligence solutions at SOS International, where he has led company’s mission support for clients in the public and private sectors since March 2013.
His work includes assistance to the Defense Department and other government agencies on programs abroad in counterterrorism, intelligence, special operations, counter-proliferation and information operations.
Prior to SOSi, Billeaud was director for business development and intelligence programs at AECOM’s national security programs division, and executive director for security and mission assurance business development at ManTech International.
He also spent seven years as division manager for European operations at Chantilly-based CACI.
Billeaud served 23 years with U.S. Army Special Forces and graduated with a bachelors degree in business administration, finance and economics from Methodist College.
