Neel Mehta
Terri Cooper serves as a principal at Deloitte‘s consulting practice, where she is also head of the federal health sector business and lead client service partner for the National Institutes of Health.
Cooper was appointed to the federal health sector leadership role during the summer.
She previously led the company’s life sciences research and development practice and oversaw the balance of client service and workforce diversity as Deloitte Consulting’s national chief inclusion leader.
The 20-year healthcare life sciences veteran has also held positions in clinical development, sales and marketing, which includes eight years in the pharmaceutical industry.
Cooper participated in product development, licensing and product launch initiatives during a stint at Janssen Pharmaceutical.
She earned her Ph.D. degree in pharmacology at the University of London.
