SAP logoMike Ettling, former CEO of global human resources and payroll services firm NGA Human Resources, has joined SAP as head of the German software conglomerate’s cloud for human resources line of business.

Ettling will be responsible for SAP’s SuccessFactors subsidiary and the SAP ERP Human Capital Management Solution, SAP announced Monday.

“Cloud is transforming business in every corner of the globe,” said Shawn Price, president of SAP’s global cloud and LOB organization.

During his time at NGA Human Resources, he was named 2012’s “Global Thought Leader of the Year” by the HR Outsourcing Association.

His career also includes service as vice president of Unisys‘ global business process outsourcing organization, president and managing director of Synstar plc and other senior executive roles at EDS.
