Sarah Allen serves as executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Leidos, where she also is a member of the Leidos Relief Foundation’s board of directors.
She joined the company in September 2008 when the company was known as Science Applications International Corp. and has served as HR senior VP for a group of more than 11,000 scientists and engineers that works with intelligence agencies.
Prior to Leidos, she served as director of human resources at TASC when it was owned by Northrop Grumman.
At TASC, she focused on programs and process updates in areas such as talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation and leadership development.
Allen is also a veteran of TRW, Honeywell and HP.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University and has completed several executive education programs.
