Lockheed Martin has designated Derco Repair Services as an authorized F-16 repair center under the Lockheed Hologram certified parts program in a move to expand the defense contractor’s global supply chain services for F-16 operators.
Lockheed grants the Hologram designation to repair and overhaul facilities that pass its quality assurance requirements, the company said Wednesday.
Derco will join two other existing F-16 Hologram repair centers.
“We are excited to expand our F-16 repair center operations in partnership with Derco Repair Services, ensuring the highest quality standards consistent with the Hologram products program,” said Laura Frank, vice president of integrated test and logistics with Lockheed’s rotary and mission systems unit.
Derco Repair Services is an affiliate of Derco Aerospace and has an 80,000-square-foot component repair center that is certified by the Federal Aviation Administration and European Aviation Safety Agency.
