XTec has received a potential three-year, $60 million task order to continue to provide project management and technical support services for the State Department‘s enterprise identity management system.
XTec said Thursday the order contains one base year and four six-month options and falls under a blanket purchase agreement that was based on the company’s Federal Supply Schedule contract with the General Services Administration.
The State Department uses XTec’s AuthentXTM Identity and Credential Management System to perform global identity management and credential issuance such as personal identity verification cards for the department’s employees and contractors.
“We have continuously supported DOS throughout the evolution of their ICAM initiatives for nearly two decades with our technology, engineering and project management support,” said Kevin Kozlowski, vice president of government initiatives at XTec.
The company will also support connectivity to the departments of Defense, Justice and Homeland Security systems and Derived PIV Credentialing platforms.
