The General Services Administration plans to issue a request for proposals on the potential 10-year Veterans Technology Services 2 contract vehicle April 21.
GSA said in a FedBizOpps presolicitation notice posted Tuesday the VETS 2 contract will cover information technology products and support services for federal agencies and will be a set-aside program for service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses.
The multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will have a base term of five years and five option years.
GSA said it could award task orders in 2017 in the form of fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, labor-hour and time-and-materials.
The agency also noted that it plans to hold an optional teleconference on May 2 to provide industry an overview of the RFP.
