Arqit, Equus Compute Solutions and Intel have collaborated to develop a Mobile Access Capability Package architecture designed to protect classified mobile communications from quantum threats.
The MACP architecture meets the security requirements of the National Security Agency’s Commercial Solutions for Classified program, ECS said Friday.
Quantum-Resilient Security for Mission-Critical Networks
The product offers internet protocol security tunnelling configuration using Arqit’s Symmetric Key Agreement Platform, strongSwan VPN, and the Intel NetSec Accelerator Reference Design with Intel Xeon D processor and Intel Ethernet 800 Series Network Adapter. Such a configuration would enable a secure connection between devices or networks over a public network for quantum-safe mobile access to classified data.
“Mission-critical networks require more than Zero Trust, they demand quantum-resilient security and edge intelligence,” said Andy Leaver, CEO of Arqit. “Together with Intel and Equus, we’ve demonstrated how secure user-to-app access can be maintained in the most hostile environments, without sacrificing performance or flexibility.”
