Parsons has secured a spot on a multiple-award contract with a minimum value of $28 million and a $68 million ceiling to provide the Naval Warfare Center, Pacific, with engineering and technical services.
Under the three-year contract, the company will support the command, control, communications, computer and intelligence surveillance reconnaissance systems of the naval joint, allied and coalition operations, Parsons said Friday.
The disruptive technology provider will also assist in achieving the core technology competencies and in system development, modeling and simulation, network analysis, convergence, timing and security, and other production and manufacturing processes.
Christopher Bush, senior vice president at the defense business unit of Parsons, said the company’s multidomain expertise aligns with the Navy’s shift to a net-centric aligned infrastructure envisioned to focus on cross-functional mission execution, enable future technology adaptation and comply with the updated policies.
NIWC has four one-year options for the contract that will allow the company’s capabilities-based portfolio to change into a network system aimed at helping Navy and joint net-centric missions.
