Bluestone Environmental Group will help NASA ensure compliance of Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland and Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia with environmental regulations.
The Malvern, Pennsylvania-based small business will develop processes and procedures in support of the Environmental Management Program under a potential $29.6 million contract, NASA said Friday.
The contractor will perform work mainly at Goddard and Wallops but could be tasked to provide service to other facilities where NASA has management, oversight and environmental responsibility.
The space agency can award tasks under the cost-plus-fixed-fee, hybridcore services indefinite-delivery/indefinite contract within a potential five-year ordering period. The contract’s total core value is $13.6 million while its IDIQ portion has a ceiling ordering value of $16 million.
On Thursday, the space agency awarded an $18.9 million follow-on contract to CeleraPro, a certified Historically Underutilized Business Zone company, for administrative support at two facilities in Alabama and New Orleans.
