Michele Bond, founder and former president of Washington, D.C.-based information technology consulting firm Vetruvius, has been appointed chief operating officer of Concept Plus.
The Fairfax, Va.-based IT company said Wednesday that Bond will oversee the execution of its growth strategy as well as its business development and human resources operations in her new role.
Prior to her most recent capacity, Bond held executive positions at Emagine IT and served as a general manager at ASRC Federal. She also served as senior vice president for federal health and civilian at Data Networks Corp., which ASRC acquired in 2015.

Bond’s over 25 years of federal contracting and business management experience also includes time in leadership roles at Pearson and CSC.
Concept Plus is a Small Business Administration 8(a)-certified firm that offers services encompassing health IT, mobile, cloud and analytics to federal and commercial clients. The company holds spots on General Services Administration and National Institutes of Health contracts.
