PAR Technology’s Government Systems subsidiary has secured a five-year, $4.8M contract through the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Radio Frequency Innovative Technology program to provide research, development, test and evaluation services to the U.S. Air Force.
Efforts under the contract are intended to help the service branch meet radio frequency and communications technical program standards for aircraft units, weapon systems, operational airframes and controlled, contested environment experiments for USAF and the Department of Defense, the company said Thursday.
Matt Cicchinelli, president at PAR’s government unit, said the company’s personnel will employ radio frequency expertise to achieve the contract’s requirements.
PAR Government’s intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance business will carry out contract work.
