The Air Force Research Laboratory has introduced a two-part strategy to collect proposals on research and development of technology platforms intended to address defense manufacturing challenges.

Both solicitation paths cover broad topic areas that include scaling of emerging technology, sustainment of critical production and commercialization of R&D investments.
AFRL serves as the Department of Defense's executive agent program office for DPA Title III.
The lab set a 60-month access period for the hybrid FOA document it published on July 12.
