Boeing has secured a $51.5M contract to help the U.S. Navy sustain 17 C-40A Clipper aircraft that support military airlift missions.
The company will provide sustaining engineering, engineering data, technical publications and data distribution services under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Friday.
The service branch will obligate funds per task order. Contract work will take place in Seattle through May 2024.
C-40A is derived from Boeing 737-700C and certified to operate in all-passenger and all-cargo configurations or a combination of both.
