TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 16, 2019 — Comcast Business unveiled a new public sector division earlier this month that will operate under the leadership of recently hired Vice President Ken Folderauer, formerly head of the Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) national security group’s communications services unit, GovCon Wire reported April 2.

The Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA) subsidiary said April 1 Folderauer will oversee the new segment as vice president of federal government sales as the company seeks to establish a sales channel for its communications technologies dedicated to the U.S. public sector in an effort to build on Comcast Business’ strategy for growth.
