Travis Dauer, a program manager at OBXtek over the past two and a half years, has been promoted to director of training and logistics at the Tysons Corner, Va.-based technology and logistics services provider.
He joined OBXtek in 2016 and has played a key role in the provision of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, explosive training support to the U.S. National Guard, the company said Thursday.
Dauer brings nearly 20 years of experience in the training and logistics markets to his new position. He previously served as a senior training analyst at IIF Data Solutions and spent seven years in the Army’s CBRN Operations Non-Commissioned Office.
OBXtek currently supports various programs of the National Guard, including its Joint Staff exercises and Air and Ground Operations Tempo initiative.
