BayFirst Solutions' Robert Rice: Public & Private Sectors Work to Counter Cyber Intrusions - top government contractors - best government contracting event
Robert Rice

Robert Rice, president of BayFirst Solutions, took part in a panel discussion during the 2018 Cybersecurity Symposium that was held Oct. 6 at Gallaudet University in Washington D.C.

The forum included representatives from the CIA, the FBI and multiple companies that provide cyber technologies and infrastructure support services to the government,  BayFirst said Wednesday.

“Public and private sectors are working together through mission-critical partnerships and strategic planning initiatives like these to defend against cyber intrusions that undermine our safety and cost the U.S. economy billions of dollars every year,” Rice said.

BayFirst estimates that the government spends more than $15B annually on efforts to combat cyber crime.

The company is eligible to compete for task orders to deliver information technology platforms and services via the General Services Administration‘s potential 10-year, $15 billion Alliant 2 Small Business contract awarded in February.
