Rescale‘s high performance computing platform will begin to support both HPE and SGI servers to help clients access and oversee a hybrid environment that features cloud and on-premises systems in a unified platform.
Rescale said Thursday it will team up with Advania, FedCentric and the HPE Cloud28+ community to develop a hybrid HPC cloud environment where clients can submit workloads to on-premises and cloud service providers.
The resulting environment will feature full administrative capacities such as budgeting, reporting, resource and team management services that can help customers maximize resources on-premises and in the public cloud.
“Rescale is very excited to offer hybrid HPC access to the largest hardware user community worldwide,” said Gabriel Broner, vice president and general manager of HPC at Rescale.
Broner added the company will offer its experience on multi-cloud and multi-architecture technology along with the ScaleX Enterprise platform to help HPE and SGI users manage hardware resources and open hybrid cloud expansion opportunities.
