Vexterra Group has won a potential five-year, $16.1 million contract to provide operational laboratory support and other services to the Defense Intelligence Agency’s National Media Exploitation Center.
The company will support digital forensics, content processing and analytical functions at NMEC’s Science and Technology Integration Lab, the Defense Department said Wednesday.
Seven offers were submitted to the Virginia Contracting Activity for the small business set-aside contract through a competitive acquisition process.
DIA obligated $3.1 million at the time of award from its fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance; and research, development, test and evaluation funds.
Vexterra will perform contract work in the National Capital Region through Sep. 14, 2022.
