Iron Mountain has named Rachel Wilson, former Jarden Corporation vice president, as the company’s senior vice president for finance.
She will assume the responsibilities held by Jeff Lawrence, the previous senior vice president and treasurer who will retire after 28 years of working with the company, Iron Mountain said Monday.
Wilson will oversee Iron Mountain’s treasury, enterprise financial planning and analysis functions, as well as the company’s corporate services group and partner business finance teams once she joins the team on June 13.
“Rachel brings 20 years of experience in capital markets, financial planning and analysis and investment banking, and her unique combination of business development, strategic planning and deep financial acumen will mesh well within our finance organization,” said Roderick Day, Iron Mountain chief financial officer.
As Jarden’s vice president for financial and investor relations, Wilson led market acquisitions and equity and debt financing.
Iron Mountain had also named Chris LaRochelle, the company’s vice president and assistant treasurer, as its new treasurer to replace Lawrence.
