Aerojet Rocketdyne Engineering Vice President Marvin Young has been appointed to the U.S. Air Force Scientific Advisory Board.
Young said in a statement published Wednesday he will leverage his technical knowledge to help the Air Force further the development and application of technologies for the service.
The U.S. Air Force SAB works to advise the armed service on science and technology matters involving Air Force missions.
Young has served as VP of engineering since 1998 and is responsible for Aerojet Rocketdyne’s rocket propulsion development projects for the Air Force and other government agencies.
