Tim Winter has served as vice president of the market development organization within Northrop Grumman‘s electronic systems sector since November 2006 and oversees the organization’s strategic initiatives and capture activities.
Prior to this role, he directed the company’s naval and missile defense business.
The 34-year company veteran has held technology research, systems development, program management, strategic planning and marketing roles throughout his career.
Winter also worked on projects involving the development of Joint Strike Fighter radars, electric vehicles, power systems, defense weapons, computer and signal processing technologies and Future Combat Systems.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech and a master of business administration degree from Loyola College, as well as completed an executive marketing program at the University of California-Los Angeles.
