Erik Buice serves asÂ vice president of Â health systems management atÂ Northrop Grumman, where he oversees twoÂ dozen programs and approximately 800 total staffÂ that workÂ on IT systems for federal clients.
In this role, Buice works on programs that deal with electronic health records, bioinformatics research and the modernization of Social Security.
Before joining Northrop, Buice worked for a number of small, medium and large firms in the business and IT consulting arenas such asÂ American Management Systems, CGIÂ for 12 years,Â Patriot Technologies, ICF InternationalÂ andÂ VangentÂ (nowÂ General Dynamics).
Throughout his career, Erik has managed progressively larger and more complex programs and organizations.
Erik graduated from the University of Virginia with aÂ mechanical engineeringÂ degreeÂ and received an M.B.A.Â from George Mason University.
