Michelle Monnett, formerly a business strategy guidance, marketing and client development executive at AECOM, has joined RTKL as associate vice president for the healthcare practice group.

She will oversee RTKL’s effort to promote the company’s healthcare services in the mid-Atlantic region, RTKL said Tuesday.

“Michelle’s proven client development expertise will secure a strong market position for RTKL’s performance-driven design strategy,” said Jonni Johnson, senior associate vice president at RTKL.

Monnett brings more than 15 years of A/E/C industry experience to RTKL, the company says.
