Joseph Sifer serves as a senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton and is in charge of the company’s U.S. Army business.
He has more than 20 years of experience in advisory work for domestic and international government and commercial clients on technology and management concerns.
Sifer’s industry experience covers a range of fields such as C4ISR, avionics, remote sensing, wireless systems, IT infrastructure, computing, rapid prototyping and cyber operations.
He previously led Booz Allen’s cloud-based and engineering services and Army technology and mission readiness business and worked on the company’s wireless consulting practice with the U.S. federal government and telecommunications technology business with the commercial markets of Ireland and the U.K.
Sifer has held technology and engineering roles at A.T. Kearney, The Aerospace Corp. and NASA‘s Ames Research Center before joining Booz Allen.
Sifer serves on the industry advisory council for the computer science and electrical engineering departments of the University of Notre Dame College of Engineering and is a recipient of the Network Professionals Association’s 2010 Career Achievement Award as Outstanding Networking Professional.
