Francesco Cordua has been appointed vice president of the commercial practice at RTKL, where he will oversee the group’s retail and interior brand strategy and manage The Environments Studio at the company’s Washingto office.
“[Francesco] understands the process behind good design and knows how to translate these concepts to meet client objectives,” Katie Sprague, an RTKL senior vice president, said Tuesday.
Cordua, who has more than 20 years of concept design and brand strategy experience, most recently led the brand modernization and reimagining project for McDonald’s restaurants worldwide.
He has also worked at Tiffany & Co., Gap and Westfield Group.
“We welcome him as part of our continued growth and look forward to improving our service offerings for our current and future global retail clients,” said Lance Josal, president and CEO of RTKL.
