Microsoft partner Project Hosts is seeking a FedRAMP authorization to offer a range of hosted Microsoft cloud computing offerings to government clients.
Project Hosts seeks to deliver Microsoft’s customer relationship management, collaboration software and project portfolio management products to agencies under the FedRAMP program, Project Hosts said Wednesday.
Scott Chapman, Project Hosts co-founder and CEO, said the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and Project Server platforms are intended to help public sector agencies comply with federal cloud requirements.
The cloud hosting provider aims to host Microsoft CRM applications for FedRAMP customers by using the Windows Azure platform.
Microsoft designed Azure for companies to build, deploy and manage software-as-a-service offerings from a network of Microsoft data centers.
