Information Builders has provided Avatar Solutions a set of business intelligence and data integrity tools in an effort to help Avatar organize customer satisfaction surveys for healthcare organizations.
Avatar deployed Information Builders’ technologies to help clients measure employee performance or patient perception of medical services, Information Builders said Tuesday.
Gerald Cohen, Information Builders president and CEO, said Avatar wants to use strong data quality and analytics to improve patient outcomes and maximize reimbursements for healthcare providers.
Marty Wehrle, chief information officer of Avatar Solutions, added that Avatar will use Information Builders’ dashboards to spot trends and identify issues, while working to uphold data governance standards through Information Builders’ data quality tools.
The companies also worked together to develop metric dashboards, an online reporting system and data governance procedures for Avatar’s benchmarking operation.
