LMI will mentor Premier Group Advisors through a mentor-protege program run by the Small Business Administration as Premier seeks to further build up its federal contracting activities.
Through the mentorship deal, LMI intends to counsel Premier on governmental program management in areas such as training, strategic communications, infrastructure, human capital development and sustainability, LMI said Tuesday.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to mentor Premier Group Advisors as they seek entry into the public sector,†said Tripp Horne, director of LMI’s infrastructure and engineering group.
Premier was founded in 2006 and has managed assignments for clients including the Defense Department and Fortune 1000 companies.
LMI provides guidance to three businesses under the SBA program and mentors one organization through the General Services Administration.
