The Global Engineering Services portfolio is intended to create synergies between organizations’ IT and engineering systems, Capgemini announced Tuesday.
“Engineering and manufacturing organizations around the world are increasingly under pressure to do it all – develop and launch new products faster than the competition, keep costs low, maintain stringent quality standards and continually meet demands for enhanced innovation,†said Girish Wardadkar, Capgemini GES Leader.
GES work will be targeted toward clients in France, India, Germany, the U.S., Netherlands, the U.K., Sweden and Spain.
Wardadkar said Capgemini and Sogeti will work to support implementation of engineering engagements across each stage of the product lifecycle.
