Industry Experts on Federal Tech Trends to Watch 2019
Several industry experts have cited technology platforms and trends they expect to play a role in the federal government in 2019, Federal News Network reported Monday. Dave McClure, director of CIO advisory at Accenture Federal Services, said he expects a shift towards the adoption of hybrid cloud architectures and proactive cybersecurity measures and that agencies will improve their contact center strategies driven by artificial intelligence and increasing citizen expectations.
