ICF has received a potential five-year, $33.9 million contract to help NASA administer a program that works to coordinate government agencies' studies on changes. The company will perform administrative and technical support services for the U.S. Global Change Research Program's National Coordination Office.

ICF has landed a two-year, $11 million contract extension from the Maryland Department of Human Services to continue the provision of customer support services to various programs in a move to help the state's residents secure access to shelter, food and other basic needs.

ICF has introduced a platform that is equipped with analytics and data visualization capabilities and is designed to assist utilities and government agencies in planning efforts to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide in their respective organizations.

ICF has secured a potential five-year, $30 million contract for quality assurance, analytical and technical services in support of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Work under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract encompasses EPA Regions 3 and 9 support and includes a $5 million contract extension to cover Region 5.

ICF has received a potential five-year, $30 million contract from the New York City Department of Environmental Protection to broaden the implementation of water conservation, energy efficiency and clean energy efforts in support of commercial buildings across the city.

Dexis has appointed Sudhakar Kesavan, former chairman and CEO of ICF and two time Wash100 Award recipient, to the company’s Board of Directors, Dexis reported on Monday. Kesavan served with ICF for more than two decades. “Sudhakar’s background is so relevant to a socially-focused professional services firm such as Dexis,” said Mihir Desai, founder and CEO of Dexis. 

Kevin Zhang, a 19-year ICF veteran, has been appointed vice president of public health and data analytics at Rockville, Maryland-based consulting firm DSFederal. Zhang previously served as senior director of health informatics at ICF and oversaw disease surveillance projects.

ICF has reported results for the third quarter 2020, which ended Sept. 30, the company reported on Thursday. ICF announced that the total revenue for the third quarter was $360.3 million, which is 3.6 percent below the third quarter of 2019, as a result of lower pass-through revenues.
