Rigaku’s handheld chemical analyzer has been approved for U.S. soldiers’ dismounted reconnaissance kits and will soon be utilized worldwide, National Defense said Friday. Capable of scanning dangerous liquids and powders in sealed containers, Rigaku Progeny ResQ can identify up to 13K chemical warfare agents, toxic chemicals and other compounds.
