Art Coviello, formerly CEO and executive chairman of RSA, has joined the board of directors of Cylance.
Coviello led RSA’s growth to a $1 billion-revenue business at present from a $25 million-revenue company in 1995, Cylance said Tuesday.
“Art’s reputation in the industry, coupled with his deep domain expertise and operating experience will greatly assist us in our quest to redefine enterprise security standards,†said Stuart McClure, CEO of Cylance.
Coviello served as RSA’s CEO before its acquisition by EMC.
He was also a director of AtHoc prior to its purchase by BlackBerry in September.
Coviello currently serves as a venture partner at Rally Ventures and director of EnerNOC.
