b-w world-peopleSherly Bunton, formerly chief information officer at agricultural equipment manufacturer AGCO, has joined General Dynamics subsidiary Gulfstream Aerospace as CIO.

Gulfstream said Thursday that Bunton will report to Chief Financial Officer Dan Clare and will oversee the company’s enterpise information technology assets and strategies.

She previously held leadership roles at wire and cable maker Southwire, consulting firm MYTecSoft and AT&T‘s former capital services organization.

In a separate announcement, Gulfstream said it named Bill Skinner, formerly a vice president and corporate controller of Gulfstream, as VP of financial planning and treasurer.

He is a more than 20-year company veteran, a certified public accountant and has worked for Deloitte & Touche.

Kimberly Benson, director of financial reporting, planning and analysis, will succeed Skinner as corporate controller.

She has been with Gulfstream for 14 years and will be responsible for financial reporting, cost and capital project accounting and shared services in her new position.
