The U.S. Army is soliciting offers from contractors to provide personnel, tools, materials, facilities, transportation, equipment, supplies and associated cyber-related support services to United States Forces Korea‘s Joint Cyber Center.
In the updated notice posted March 30 on FedBizOpps, the Army said that JCC support includes cyber defense operations, cyber intelligence analysis, joint network operations, cybersecurity, and operations and concept-of-operation planning.
The chosen contractor will work to deliver cyberspace capabilities for USFK JCC’s Combined Forces Command and command-and-control networks within the joint theater of operations in South Korea.
The Army said the potential contract will cover a phase-in period from June 1 to July 14, a base period through the end of May 2016 and three one-year option periods.
Responses to the solicitation are due May 19.
