Cisco has moved to expand its server portfolio for SAP HANA platform through the launch of a new server product.
The company designed the newly-certified 8 socket C880 to work with SAP analytics and suite on HANA workloads, Cisco said Thursday.
Satinder Sethi writes Cisco collaborated with SAP on the certification of the C880 server platform.
“We are pleased that Cisco Systems can further expand their portfolio of server products with the introduction of their new Suite On HANA and Analytics server for SAP solutions and further align their strategic direction with that of SAP,” said Anthony Reynolds, global head of technology partners and business development at SAP.
