Kratos Defense and Security Solutions achieved its test objectives for the XQ-58A Valkyrie, an unmanned aerial vessel, during its second flight test on June 11.
Kratos Defense and Security Solutions has secured a $23.4M contract to manufacture 34 low rate initial production units of a subsonic aerial target for the U.S. Navy. The company said Thursday it will supply BQM-177A SATs along with technical data under the sole-source contract from the Naval Air Systems Command.
Kratos Defense’s unmanned systems group has secured a $31.8M contract modification to build and deliver 35 unmanned target drones to the U.S. Air Force.
