Rick Wagner, former president of Microsoft Federal and a six-time Wash100 Award winner, has joined Enlightenment Capital-backed information technology company Agile Defense as its new CEO. Jay Lee, who previously held the position, will move into a strategic advisory role while remaining on Agile's board of directors, the Reston, Virginia-headquartered organization announced on Tuesday.

Toni Townes-Whitley officially assumed the chief executive post at Science Applications International Corp. on Monday, bringing to the Reston, Virginia-headquartered technology integrator 35 years of experience as a global technology veteran. Townes-Whitley, who is also now part of SAIC's board of directors, has been with the company since June as its CEO-elect.

Chris Orlowski, a veteran in the defense industry with over two decades of experience at Northrop Grumman, has been named vice president of engineering at Austal USA. Orlowski oversees a team of over 350 professionals and manages the structural, mechanical, electrical and systems, integrated logistics support, naval architecture and program engineering divisions.
