Today, Globys has completed the amalgamation of the CenturyLink instances into one SaaS environment that will provide customer-facing capabilities for invoice analysis, consolidation, reporting and payment. The migration will support Lumen’s digital transformation under the new brand. The move will enable customers to view their product and service usage in near real-time, instead of navigating through multiple portals to review, analyze and pay their bills.
