Maxar Technologies‘ space systems business will continue supporting L3Harris Technologies in the development of missile warning and tracking satellites for the Space Development Agency. For SDA’s Tranche 2 Tracking Layer constellation of low-Earth satellites program, Maxar said Thursday it will design and produce 18 Maxar 300 spacecraft platforms and provide associated support.

DISA said Friday that under the $9.8 million OTA, Palantir USG will work with the U.S. Strategic Command and the combatant command JEMSMO Cells to create the Electromagnetic Battle Management – Joint Decision Support prototype.
HII’s Newport News Shipbuilding division has finished the initial sea trials for the Virginia-class attack submarine USS New Jersey. The trials, spanning several days, included testing the boat’s systems and components, submerging the vessel for the first time as well as executing high-speed maneuvers both on the surface and while submerged, HII said Thursday.
