Doug Wagoner, CEO of LMI, has been in the limelight recently as he earned another feather in his cap with a large contract award from the U.S. Postal Service. In this article, we will tell you a bit more about him and the company that he is leading into successful campaigns and projects.

Meet Doug Wagoner, the indefatigable leader of LMI. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its digital and workforce solutions while furnishing new customer access in defense and public health.

Mr. Wagoner has helped in developing the company’s space market by establishing the Space Center of Excellence, with LMI partnering with the Space Force Association. This partnership aims to promote collaboration and enrich knowledge in the space industry.

During his first year of tenure as Chief Executive Officer, he helped LMI rank #1 on the Top Workplaces for the Greater Washington, DC area’s largest company category. This recognition was presented by The Washington Post.

With a renewed focus on diversity, inclusion, and accessibility, Doug Wagoner led the company to establish the six commitments aimed to enhance opportunity, access, as well as success for groups that are underrepresented.

Armed with his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The College of William & Mary, he then took to Virginia Tech to earn his Master’s in Business Administration. And this is where his career started.
