Oracle’s Recent Contracts with the Federal Government
In 2019, the Pentagon awarded the Joint Warfighting Cloud Capability (JWCC), valued at $9 billion, split among Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and Oracle. Intended to furnish the Defense Department with cloud computing services spanning security domains, the JWCC extends until 2028. Oracle’s cloud services meet government compliance and security standards, making the company suitable for government contracts. Oracle Government Cloud offers secure FedRAMP High JAB and DISA IL4-authorized services that create, store, and manage government data securely.
Oracle offers a range of contract options for federal agencies to procure Oracle Cloud services: Army CAMO and NIH CIO-CS contracts. This grants access to Oracle’s Generation 2 Enterprise Cloud.
Furthermore, through collaborations such as the Air Force LevelUP Program and comprehensive agreements with the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA), Oracle simplifies the procurement process for government entities looking to acquire their products and services.
Oracle’s commitment to meeting government compliance and security standards shines through in the Oracle Government Cloud. It offers secure FedRAMP High JAB and DISA IL4-authorized services for managing sensitive government data.
