Hector Collazo, Chief Technology Officer at SEV1TECH
Hector Collazo is a Chief Technology Officer at Sev1Tech LLC as announced last August 25, 2022. As the CTO, he supports the company to find and deliver innovative solutions for its clients’ needs. Mr. Collazo also oversees the High Impact Technology, Science, and Engineering Team (HITSE) and leads the technology strategy development.
Before his current position, Hector was the company’s Vice President of Mission Technology and Innovations, where he helped the company to provide innovative solutions to its clientele. Before Sev1Tech, he held several leadership positions at Agile Defense Inc., JT3 LLC, Cambridge Telecommunication Inc, and ITT Industries.
Hector Collazo has over 20 years of experience as a technology leader. During his tenure at Agile Defense, Mr. Collazo was integral to the company’s Authority-to-Operate by providing DuroSuite STIG Automation Tool. This DuroSuite STIG Automation Tool ATO came from the DoD to accelerate cybersecurity compliance efforts at the defense department.
Stacy Kubicek, Vice President and General Manager for the Sensor and Global Sustainment at Lockheed Martin MFC
Stacy Kubicek serves as Vice President and General Manager for the Sensor and Global Sustainment business segment at Lockheed Martin Space. She was a Vice President and General Manager for Mission Solutions before being appointed to her current role at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control last June 2023.
Ms. Kubicek is a mission-driven leader who creates and uses essential strategies for important space-based programs. She supports the customer portfolio in the pursuit of its goals. Her areas of expertise include creating, integrating, and advancing emerging technologies. It has AI /ML, NextGen network connectivity, JADC2, and cybersecurity.
Stacy Kubicek was a senior systems engineer for Lockheed Martin in 2003 for five years. From General Dynamics, she returned to Lockheed in 2011 and held the positions of senior program manager, director, and vice president.
Ms. Kubicek has been invited to participate in the Commercial Satellite Cybersecurity Discussion, highlighting the cyber-hardening approach and new constellation capabilities. She also oversaw Lockheed Martin’s plans to launch three satellites in 2023 as a testbed for cooperative all-domain space operations.
Ben Gianni, Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Interim Chief Growth Officer at GDIT
Ben Gianni serves as the Chief Technology Officer, Interim Chief Growth Officer, and SVP of General Dynamic Information Technology (GDIT). Mr. Gianni oversees the GDIT’s development and application of new solutions, core competencies, and contributions. Additionally, he manages customer delivery on a significant program at GDIT.

Seth Eaton, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President for Technology Innovation at Amentum
Seth Eaton has been the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President for Technology Innovation at Amentum PAE since November 2021. His responsibilities include managing the Amentum PAE’s plan for introducing innovative technology platforms to serve the needs of its government and defense clientele.
As an experienced IT leader who has impacted the field at many different companies, Seth Eaton has held executive positions with different companies. These include TEG, Vectrus, SIGMAnet, Active Network, and Cisco Systems. During his tenure at SIGMAnet, Seth has generated a $2.5M network and security solutions pipeline. He also implemented Sales and Engineering procedure metrics to track lost revenue and accountability better.
Seth contributes over two decades of experience using technology for transformational change. His expertise includes C-suite executives collaboration, vendor management, and P&L and budget management.
James Ebeler, Chief Technology Officer at Three Wire Systems
Since 2022, James Ebeler has served as Three Wire Systems’ Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Ebeler oversees the delivery and development strategies for Three Wire’s growth across its security, software, and hardware product portfolios. It also includes developing and implementing new technologies for the company’s MyAdvisor division.
