Accenture Federal Services has teamed with Microsoft to support federal agencies and other national security-focused organizations looking to optimize their cloud technologies. Through the new Cloud Modernization and Migration Factory hosted on Microsoft Azure Government, the partners will help public sector organizations and industry customers achieve the security standards necessary to operate in the national security realm, Accenture Federal Services announced from its Arlington, Virginia headquarters on Wednesday.

Accenture has entered into a partnership with Amazon Web Services and artificial intelligence company Anthropic with the aim of providing organizations with the ability to adopt and scale generative AI technology in a responsible manner. Accenture has agreed to buy digital transformation services provider Navisite from Madison Dearborn Partners for an undisclosed sum as part of a push to expand its infrastructure and application managed services capabilities in support of information technology modernization efforts of customers in North America.
