EY has made a series of leadership changes as part of its transaction advisory services business’ move to merge infrastructure capabilities across practices in the Americas. The move also aims to facilitate the delivery of services to clients in public and private sectors that develop, operate and acquire transportation, power and utilities, telecommunications and other critical infrastructure, EY said Monday.
